Refund & Return Policy

All purchases made on Skinrush are final.
Once a digital item (skin or any other in-game asset) is delivered to the customer’s Steam account, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Digital items are considered delivered at the moment they are successfully transferred to the customer’s Steam account.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
• Duplicate payment due to a technical error during checkout.
• Failure to deliver the purchased item within 14 days due to a system error on our side.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, provided sufficient proof is supplied (e.g., bank or payment provider confirmation).
Refunds will not be granted for any other reasons.
3.1 Refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
3.2 Customers must provide:
order number,
payment confirmation,
a brief description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
3.3 Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3.4 Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.
Skinrush does not provide refunds for:
• change of mind,
• accidental or mistaken purchases,
• items already delivered to the customer’s Steam account.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected, or if the request does not meet the conditions stated above.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless digital content has been delivered immediately after payment. By confirming your order and receiving digital items instantly, you expressly agree to waive this statutory right of withdrawal.
