These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) define the rules governing access to and use of skinrush.org (the “Platform” or “Website”).

The Platform is owned and operated by Creativeimageai LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16694311), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By visiting or using the Platform, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

  1. Eligibility and Access

The Platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Access to specific services or functionalities may be limited or unavailable depending on the user’s location, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements.

  1. Description of Services

The Platform offers digital services associated with virtual items and online content.

The Company does not create, publish, or own any virtual items, games, or intellectual property referenced on the Platform and does not act as a game developer or rights holder. All trademarks, game titles, and digital assets remain the property of their respective owners.

The Company’s role is limited to providing technical and service-based access to digital functionality.

  1. Accounts and Security

Certain features of the Platform require user registration or identity verification.

Users agree to:

  • submit accurate and up-to-date information;
  • safeguard their account credentials;
  • notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

For security and compliance purposes, additional verification steps may be required before completing sensitive actions, including withdrawals.

  1. Payments and Transactions

All payments are handled exclusively through licensed third-party payment processors. The Company does not store complete card or payment details.

We reserve the right to block, suspend, decline, or reverse transactions in cases of technical failure, suspected abuse, or regulatory concerns.

Processing timelines depend on banks and payment networks and are not guaranteed by the Company.

  1. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Eligibility Requirements

Withdrawals are available only to users who:

  • meet minimum age and legal capacity requirements;
  • successfully complete identity verification procedures (KYC), where applicable;
  • use supported payment methods;
  • reside in regions where payouts are legally permitted.

Certain countries, banks, card types, or payment instruments may be restricted due to compliance obligations.

5.2 Processing Period

Approved payout requests are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days. Final settlement times depend on external financial institutions.

5.3 Limits and Charges

Unless otherwise stated on the Platform:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: €10
  • Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: €5,000

Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before confirmation of a payout request.

5.4 Failed, Reversed, or Cancelled Payouts

Once a payout has been completed, it cannot be cancelled at the user’s request.

The Company may, where legally permitted, suspend or reverse payouts in cases involving:

  • processing errors;
  • duplicate transactions;
  • security, compliance, or fraud reviews.

If a payout fails, funds are typically returned to the user balance following verification.

5.5 Declined Requests

Withdrawal requests may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • insufficient available balance;
  • unsupported card or bank;
  • incomplete verification;
  • suspected fraudulent activity;
  • technical issues.

Where feasible, users will be informed of the reason and advised on corrective steps.

5.6 Geographic Restrictions

Withdrawals and payouts are available only in jurisdictions where such transactions are permitted by applicable laws and supported by our payment providers, including:

Andorra, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, UAE, Uzbekistan, Vietnam.

  1. Dispute Handling

If you believe a transaction or payout was handled incorrectly, you may submit a dispute by contacting support@skinrush.org within 30 days of the transaction date.

Card-related disputes may also be subject to the rules and procedures of the relevant card network, including Visa and Mastercard.

  1. Regulatory Compliance

To comply with legal and payment network standards, the Company implements:

  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC procedures;
  • transaction monitoring and fraud prevention measures;
  • restrictions on specific activities, regions, or payment methods.

Non-compliance may result in delays, account restrictions, or suspension of services.

  1. Prohibited Use

Users must not use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

  • fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion;
  • misuse of payment systems;
  • attempts to compromise Platform security or functionality;
  • providing inaccurate or misleading information.

The Company may take appropriate action, including suspension and reporting to authorities, where required by law.

  1. Card Network Disclosure

Any Visa or Mastercard branding displayed on the Platform complies with applicable brand usage guidelines and does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.

All card transactions are governed by the applicable rules of the respective card schemes.

  1. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, users consent to data processing for service delivery, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

  1. Transaction Records

Where available, users may access their transaction and payout history through their account dashboard, including dates, amounts, and statuses.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or liabilities that cannot be lawfully limited.

  1. Amendments

The Company may revise these Terms periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
